About DDC
Disappearing Dining Club are Stuart Langley and Fredrik Bolin, a pair of hospitality lifers with over fifty years of experience between them. Fred is a chef with multiple Michelin starred restaurants on his CV (including two years as Head Chef of a two star restaurant in New York), and Stuart is a former kitchen-hand-turned-manager who operated award winning bars, restaurants and members clubs in London, Melbourne and Ibiza.
What started in 2010 as a loud and late night Dinner Dance in an East London warehouse, has become an ever growing list of work, including temporary restaurants in Old Street, Brick Lane, Maltby Street and Barbican, award-winning brand collaborations and events for the likes of IKEA, Adidas, Guinness, and Airbnb, countless private dinners, weddings and festival pops, and now a pub in North West London.
Wherever we work the recipe is the same; seasonal ingredients, good cooking, tasty drinks, friendly staff and dinner-party-friendly disco music.
